Shires is a family run business specialising in accident repairs for all makes and models of vehicle. The Gloucester accident repair business was established in in 1997, and to meet an identified demand by Insurers accident repair operations began in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire in 2003.
Shires use trained technicians with the correct equipment to provide a quality, professional repair service to the modern motor vehicle. Incorrect repair methods could jeopardise the integrity of the vehicle's bodyshell, and inbuilt safety mechanisms, and even cause injury to the occupants in cases of serious, secondary accidents.
Welding needs are fully met with Aluminium, Mig ,Tig and Boron welding equipment. Boron is used
in the manufacture of the modern car most notably but not exclusively Vauxhall. (Boron steels's strength and toughness varies according to manufacturers manufacturing methods and demands).
